Reason #496 I love him
This morning we were talking about how we need a new bed since we've been sleeping in my old full-size bed that only has a frame on wheels. The floors in our new place are hardwood, so because it has no headboard, no 'anchor,' if you will, it tends to roll away from the wall while we sleep and we're always losing our pillows between the bed and wall. I mentioned that since we just got all this great new bedding when we got married, I'd love it if we could get a queen so we don't have to get all new stuff as well (yes, I said that - marriage has made me a new, more responsible woman). He agreed with me, saying that he, too, would want a queen size if we got a new one. Because in a king, we'd be sleeping too far away from each other. :)

Awww, you guys are even disgustingly sweet like newlyweds. Precious!
You are so mushy. I want to mention that I like that married life has somehow turned you into a regular blogger. It makes me feel mushy towards you.
Cute, but not necessarily true. Jesse and I upgraded to a king sized bed and we still go to sleep every night all wrapped up in each other in the middle of the bed... with about 3 feet of extra space on the edges. It's awesome.
That's cute, Shauna, but it sounds like unnecessary space. I think he knows I'd use it though. We'd start out snuggled, but I'm a 'spread-eagled' sleeper. The other night I was feeling so cramped, I got up and went to sleep on the couch. And I'm sorry I'm so mushy. I know. It's pretty disgusting.
My bed is a frame one wheels too, and I believe you're a fibber. It's not while you're sleeping that it's moving away from the wall. I know what you're doing!
That's about what we do too. I like my space once I'm sleeping too. We still get our snuggle time but there's space if we need it too. Plus, now that I'm sleeping with like 50 pillows all tucked under me in different places, the space is really necessary. I Looooove our new bed.
Don't knock the king. We have one and I feel like I am suffering in a queen. Plus, when you have kids it's sooooo much more fun for everyone to pile into bed. Until it's bedtime and then you can promptly kick 'em out.
I don't know what you guys are talking about. I have plenty of room in my twin. Oh wait.
